Terms and Conditions

When it comes to cancellations in photography, it's important to note that if the photographer cancels, the customer will receive a full refund. On the other hand, if the client decides to cancel, they can do so without penalty up to 2 weeks before the reserved shoot. However, after this period, a penalty corresponding to the initial deposit will be charged.

Before any photography shoots take place, a contract must be signed by both parties involved. This contract outlines the terms and conditions of the shoot, including details such as payment, usage rights, and cancellation policies. In addition to signing a contract, a pre-shoot meeting must also be scheduled to go through all the details of what will be happening on the day of the shoot. This meeting ensures that both the photographer and the client are on the same page and allows for any questions or concerns to be addressed before the shoot takes place.

When booking a photography session, a deposit of 50% of total price is required to secure your spot. This deposit is refundable and will go towards the total cost of the session. The final payment must be made no longer than 7 days after the scheduled shoot date. This allows for proper planning and preparation to ensure a successful photography session. Deposits are a common practice in the photography industry to protect both the photographer and the client. It helps to ensure commitment and guarantees that both parties are fully invested in creating beautiful images together.

Captured Moments Photography offers clients the convenience of receiving their images either on a USB stick or through an online private portal for client to download. Additionally, they may opt for printing services at an additional cost. It's important to note that all images received are strictly licensed for personal use by the client.
